What to Wear, Senior Edition Part 2 | West Georgia Senior Photographer

Elliebelles, LaGrange GA

Welcome back for Part 2 of our Senior Outfit inspiration try on at Elliebelles in LaGrange! Let’s dive in!

Ensemble 1. This ruched, peplum top over flared black jeans provides a great silhouette, topped with this “stay wild” white denim jacket providing the perfect punch. Why does this work? 1. The peplum top creates great shape. It’s fitted at the top and the flare adds interest and shape. 2. The tone on tone is simple but the textures and shape add interest. 3. The jacket is a statement piece. Young, sassy, and unique. It’s not crazy over the top but it’s just enough to show personality.

A quick change up on the top shows a breezier look, and a good quick change option on location! Add those statement “Starbucks” earrings if you’re a coffee girl, and viola! Easy wardrobe change!

Ensemble 2. These pieces made the ultimate transitional outfit! This is a shorts romper and a gauzy neutral fabric. Just to add some interest and a little more coverage, we layered it over a tank bodysuit with ruffle straps and loved it! For that wardrobe change on the go, we added a chambray shirt knotted at the waist for shape. Big earrings and cute sandals (not shown) were perfect details to polish it off! Some highlights for this pairing are: 1. It’s transitional (2 seasonal looks), 2. The layered textures, and 3. pockets! I mean, come on!

Ensemble 3. Okay. This one is off the charts for me! It hits all the right checkpoints and could even change a hundred more times – well, you know what I mean! Brown leather pants with the sweater tank, and a denim trench dress scream fall but could be used in warmer months because of the layering. The fit of the tank and pants is so flattering, and layering over the denim gives coverage, interest, and almost a prop – not to mention it could be buttoned up and cinched with those champagne booties as an outfit on it’s own. Why is it sooooo right? Texture, Fit, and Interest – check out that collar pop!

Ensemble 4. And one more! This leather skort is so cute and can be used in warmer or cooler weather, so it should score a lot of points for versatility! We topped it with three different tops to change up the personality for each look. The dark teal flutter sleeve had that champagne sheen in it that complemented those champagne booties perfectly. The orangey-brown polka dot blouse was fun and airier with the white sandals, and the blue collared shirt screamed boss babe!! Are you surprised that Graycen went back for this skort?! Everything shown here is stylish but classic and still young. The skort is a great option too for comfort reasons – have you seen what some of my seniors get into? We’ve been known to play in ditches, streams, and climb walls! Sometimes it’s nice for your clothes to cooperate!

We had an absolute blast playing at Elliebelles and we would highly recommend checking them out for your senior session wardrobe! Thank you Holly!
